『Qualifications』

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating shipped web or mobile products. Web3 or fintech work is a strong plus.
• 「Design Tool Mastery」 Proficient in Figma (preferred); comfortable with Sketch or Adobe XD. Understands front-end constraints well enough to design for implementation, not just aesthetics (HTML/CSS, React basics).
