Job Responsibilities:

• Define the product roadmap for DEX aggregation: supported chains/bridges, AMM + RFQ/intent strategy, unified settlement, risk controls, and privacy/MEV protections.
• Design trading UX for transparency and trust: quote breakdowns, slippage/risk disclosures, failure reason explainability, low-latency browser experience.
• Set and drive KPIs: price improvement vs baseline, fill success rate, p95 latency, revert rate, gas per fill, cross-chain success rate; build dashboards (Dune/GA/internal).
• Conduct competitive analysis and lead partnerships with market makers/bridges/liquidity sources.
• Prioritize with engineering/design using agile practices; launch MVPs, run A/B tests/gradual rollouts, and iterate based on data.
• Coordinate with security/audit/compliance; manage releases and incident response.

Qualifications：

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in fintech/DeFi/crypto with at least one shipped mainnet product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of AMMs, bridges/messaging, MEV basics, intents/RFQ; able to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineers.
• Data-driven: proficient with SQL/Dune; can design experiments and interpret results.
• Excellent stakeholder communication; translates complex technical concepts into user and business value.
• Bonus: browser product experience, prior collaboration with market makers/bridges, basic on-chain read/write skills.
