Job Responsibilities:

Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine web3-specific experiences, such as on-ramp flows for crypto transactions.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement responsive designs optimized for desktop, mobile, and browser extensions.
Create visual assets, iconography, and motion graphics that align with our brand's playful yet professional "donut" aesthetic.
Iterate on designs based on A/B testing and feedback from beta users in the web3 community.
Stay ahead of trends in UI/UX for blockchain apps, ensuring accessibility and privacy-focused elements.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web or mobile app projects (bonus for web3 or fintech).
Proficiency in design tools (Figma preferred) and understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React basics).
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, including accessibility (WCAG) and cross-device compatibility.
Passion for web3 technologies; familiarity with blockchain UX challenges (e.g., seed phrases, gas fees) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
